Foundations: Hatha Yoga for Beginners
A five-week course to help you learn the foundations of Hatha Yoga.
Over these five weeks you will learn the essential elements of using asana (postures) to cultivate a steady mind and liberate stuck energy, and how to use pranayama (breathing) practices to build and direct your energy for healing and self-empowerment.
These classes will develop you progressively and be offered at a slower pace to ensure you have the time and space to understand the ‘how’ and ‘why’ about what you’re doing.
This course will support you to build a strong foundation in your yoga practice, and prepare you for our other Hatha classes at The Dharma House.
The course is suitable for everyone: from beginners and experienced yogis looking to refresh their knowledge.
